Service Description
In the first half you will unlock a sealed spell, and in the second half you will mix an incomplete potion. This 45-minute experience will require thought, observation, and curiosity about magic. • Experience time: 45 minutes • Number of participants: 2-5 people • Difficulty: ★★☆☆ (Normal) • Room fee: ¥1,500 (tax included) per person • Age limit: 10+
Cancellation Policy
1. About Reservations • LunaSpell requires reservations. • Please select the plan, date, number of people, and language you would like to use, and apply through the reservation form. • Reservations can be made up to one hour before the start of the experience (if there is availability). 2. Fees and Payment Methods • We only accept cash payments on-site. • We plan to introduce online and cashless payments in the future. 3. About Cancellations • Please contact us at least 24 hours before the experience to cancel. • If you cancel after this time or without permission, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. 4. Lateness/Entry Restrictions • If you are more than 15 minutes late from the start time, you may not be able to participate in the experience. • Any nuisance behavior such as noise or damage will result in you being asked to leave or suspended from using the facility. 5. Security/Safety Measures • Surveillance cameras and an emergency reporting system are installed in the facility to prevent fires and accidents. • In the unlikely event of illness or trouble, staff will respond promptly. • No fire, smoke, chemicals, or other effects are used, so it is safe for children. 6. Conditions for Participation • Please strictly adhere to the time and capacity specified for each plan. • Supported languages: Japanese / English / Spanish / Portuguese
